On the first day of the course, we will teach you standard ESL classroom greetings and warm-up methods, as well as warm-up activity designs that are suitable for children of different age groups. On the second day of the course, we will introduce the core skills of TESOL children's English vocabulary teaching, teaching you how to teach words to young children, how to help them quickly remember and flexibly use words. After learning, you can bid farewell to the inefficient teaching mode of "reading words+dictation" and improve the efficiency of vocabulary teaching.

Skill 5: Teaching children natural phonics skills. On the third day of the course, the complete teaching method of natural phonics will be systematically explained, from letter pronunciation to phonics rules, and then to classroom design. Step by step, you will be able to independently carry out natural phonics courses after learning, which is also a necessary core skill for children's English teachers.

Skill 6: Teaching skills for children's English reading. On the third day of the course, we will teach you the core methods of English reading teaching for children, as well as the application of mind maps in reading teaching. After learning, you will be able to design a scientific reading classroom to help children improve their English reading and writing abilities and broaden the scope of teaching.

Skill 7: Positive discipline and management skills in children's classrooms. On the third day of the course, positive and negative disciplinary methods will be compared to teach you scientific classroom management skills for children. After learning, you will not have to shout loudly and can manage classroom discipline well, solving the problems of children's inability to sit still and lack of concentration in class.

Skill 8: Cross cultural and interdisciplinary integration teaching skills. On the second day of the course, we will teach you cross-cultural teaching through music and movies, as well as English teaching methods that integrate mathematics, science, and social sciences. After learning, you will be able to broaden the boundaries of the classroom, make your classroom content more diverse, and better meet the teaching requirements of international schools.

Skill 9: Standard children's English lesson plan making skills. On the the fourth day of the course, we will teach you to make standard children's English teaching plans hand by hand. From teaching objectives to teaching processes, we will guide you step by step. After learning, you can independently design a complete teaching plan with clear logic and landing ability. This is also the core basic skill of English teachers.

Skill 10: Demo teaching skills for children's English classes. On the the fourth day of the course, TESOL lecturer demonstration interview video will be used to break down the core points of Demo trial lecture. On the fifth day, formal trial lecture assessment will be completed. After learning, you can smoothly complete children's English classroom trial lecture. Whether it is job interview or daily teaching, you can easily cope with it.
