Teaching plan is a guiding documentformulated by TESOL teachers for specific learning target groups. Whether TESOLteachers teach young students who have just started learning or adult studentsbusiness language, the teaching plan is very important to every teacher. Courseplans are necessary because they are a guiding plan, visual and writtendocuments, and historical records.

1. Demand analysis

A course plan is a coaching plan createdfor a specific student. It starts with a learning goal. What do TESOL teacherswant your students to learn after class? Once you set a goal, you can startbuilding your address from that point. This will enable you to understand andfocus on how you want the course to achieve your specified goals.
